The standard refund policy for our talent signup fee is 60 days from the date of purchase. To request a refund, send an email to info@getrealagency.com and include a copy of your receipt, the name and email address used to purchase the item, your date of purchase, and a contact phone number in case we have any questions. Refund requests are processed within 5 business days of receipt of the request. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
